B.A.P(비에이피) - POWER

Just wanted to share their new MV!
*fangirls*

B.A.P(비에이피) - POWER M/V

I love all the members in here! They are lookin' finee~ Of course Bang Yong Guk, Himchan and Zelo top my list still :P The others are creeping up though!

I think the spray cans are creative and quite unique, incorporating the sounds to the rhythm, however, once it got to a certain point, I didn't feel it anymore. And baby boy Zelo, is rockin' the pink really well! But really. Urgg, why does Zelo have to be so young =.='' LOL

Enjoy!

KKCenterhk Handmade Glamour Eyelashes

Here is a review of lashes that were sent to me from KKCenterhk!

They are called "Glamour Eyelashes" and I'd say that these are a good mix between being natural and voluminous. One box comes in 10 pairs and the lashes have a super thin black stem.

I was excited to try these because I was actually looking for a pair that was natural but with fuller ends. I was searching all over and only found ones that were too natural or too va-voom! so when KKCenterhk sent this to me.. I felt like a little child who just got a new toy LOL

I always get so happy when I receive things in the mail. Even if it's a letter.. I guess that is what happens when everything is always sent electronically :P

Here are some before and afters with the lashes ^^

See what I mean about fuller ends? And it's quite natural! (imo) So yes, yes, I think I will wear these if I want to add some more to my eyemake, orrr if I'm too lazy or short on time to apply mascara :D

Also, what I did notice about these when wearing them was.. I didn't feel them. To me, that means something good. Because I have tried many lashes and all of them weighed down my eyes. I got used to it though, and no longer felt "sleepy" when wearing falsies. However, this raised the bar for me and my lashes.

So here are my thoughts overall:

Likes:
Natural & Voluminous
Short at the front, longer and fuller at the ends
Easy to apply
Super light
Flexible band, easy manipulation

Dislikes:
None

Full face wearing the lashes!
That was just an excuse for a face pic spam! Trololol~

Everyday CatEye

Hi :D

Here is a tutorial for an everyday cat-eye look! Simple with clean and crisp lines.

Technically, this is also an everyday look of mine, just minus the falsies. I never considered the way I do my eyes to actually resemble "cateyes" but with the flick and wing going on there, I guess it is ^^;; Also, my eyes naturally slant up at the ends, so that contributes to it looking cat-like too.

I made this super simple and guess what.. the font is bigger! LOL So you all don't have to squint anymore :P

I am still going to post up another cat-eye look for what I wore in my I. fairy Jewels Blue Review, which is a more dramatic cat-eye. I will be reviewing the lashes I used for this look as well. So stay tuned! Wuahaha

*Psst* If you haven't noticed, this is actually how my eyes were done in the last circle lens review (Sugar Candy Hazel // Candy Jewel Brown) Sooo if you would like to see how it looks full faced, click on over there ^^

Until the next post,
Byee~

Sugar Candy Hazel // Candy Jewel Brown

*Sponsored Post*

I'm done with my practicum! So I'll be more frequent again (hopefully :X)

And I'm back with a review of a pair of lenses sent to me by LensVillage from a while back. These lenses are known to be worn by a lot of gyaru models, specifically by those of popteen ^^

Sugar Candy Hazel // Candy Jewel Brown
Lens Info
Diameter: 14.5mm
Power Available: 0.00 to -10.00
Life Span: Yearly
Manufacturer: EOS
Made in Korea

My photos:
Indoor Lighting
 Natural Light
Warm Lighting
 Flash

Color&Design:
The color is a true brown, there are no tints to the color as these lenses are a solid brown with a thick and defined black ring. The design is oh so simple yet the effect they give is a slight "jewel" effect. There isn't much to be said about these lenses in this area, very straight forward ^^ However, they are quite dark and usually appear like how the "indoor lighting" photo portray them, just slightly more brown.

Enlargement:
Diameter: 14.5mm
These enlarge a lot for 14.5 lenses! The thick ring definitely is the cause of this! The enlargement effect would about the same as my 15mm ones :O

Comfort:
At first, they seemed to be comfortable, a few hours later though, they began to dry out my eyes. The right lens started to bother me a bit, I think it may just be that one lens though, so it may not be like this for everyone

Overall:
Not my cup of tea :( I know many looove these and I think those who wear it look adorable but for me, I don't seem to love the design on myself. Maybe it is because the limbal ring is too thick for my liking and the comfort not being so high. I must say though, that these are quite the classics, I have always wanted to try them! Hopefully one day I can come across a pair like these but with a thinner ring and like... 55% water content haha ^^

Full Face:

Side-note: Hehe, nooo I didn't cut my bangs :P It's a clip on fringe that I got from Ebay! Will include it in a little haul post later on ^^

What do you think of the Candy Series?
Do you like thick and black limbal rings on your lenses?

Leave your comments for me to read on your thoughts and opinions :D

Magnetic Nail Polish - Review & Nail Design

Another nail post! Wooo~ haha

This time, it's also a review of a nail polish that was sent to me from BornPrettyStore. The polishes that really interested me were the magnetic polishes, color changing polishes(I really want to try these :O), and crackle polishes. But I have been interested in the magnetic nail polishes the most along with the color changing ones ^^

The color sent to me is a gold/copper color which I really like because I was missing a color like this :P
To be more specific, the color I received is No. 9 in the photos below:

How-to:
I have heard about these magnetic nail polishes and have seen videos on youtube so it wasn't difficult to figure out how to apply and use these. However, for the sake of others who have not yet searched about this kind of polish, here is a how-to.

1. Apply a coat of polish to your nails. Try your best to keep it to one coat, doing it fast as well. You could choose how thick or thin you would like the color to appear as.
2. Quickly hold the magnetic plate over the nail, about 2-3mm away from the surface, for about 5 seconds.
3. Apply top coat and done :)

Likes
Magnetic effect is seen in thicker and thin coats of polish
 Dries quickly
Has a sheen color to the polish, enhancing the magnetic look
Different magnetic plates for different effects
Easy to use

Dislikes
Must be quick to hold the plate over the nail
Inconsistent achievement of effect (it doesn't show on some nails = redo)

Overall I got what I expected from this polish :) I liked how it dried a lot faster than most nail polishes too, so my hands won't feel so cold and useless for an hour... lol
There were other magnetic plates, personally I would've loved to get a star burst design! But this was a classic one too and it turns out prettily. Remember, hold the plate close to your nail, but be careful not to be too close as you might touch your nail!

A Design for Magnetic Nails
When I first received this polish, I wasn't sure of how I could implement it in a design, I wanted the design to be seen and for it to still be the main focus. So here is a little design idea for short nails using a magnetic nail polish ^^
I had planned to add a little gold gem at the base of the center lines, where it flares out. But I realized that I didn't have any gold gems >> And silver wouldn't match...

And finally, to conclude this post... They have many more products aside from nail polishes, so if you are curious, go check them out! Feel free to use the code
CHRISTINAW21
as a 5% discount code for any of your purchases on the BornPrettyStore webpage :)

Have a nice day~

DollyEye Natural 3 Tones Grey

Hello, hello~

I have been trying to figure out what's wrong with my blog recently because every. single. time!! I click on my tabs above(the home/about/contact etc.) and comments links, a new tab opens up .___. It's so frustrating! I know that my music play automatically so I have to shut it off, and when I don't there are two songs playing at once =.='' So sorry about that guys! I'm in the process of figuring it out.

So if any of you know how to deal with this, please do help a fellow girl out.
hahaha!

Okie~ back to what this post was meant for, here is a lens review for those of you who wanted to see the Natural 3 Tones Grey from LensVillage ^^

Lens Info
Power Available: 0.00 to -10.00
Diameter: 14.5mm
Life Span: 1 Year
Origin: South Korea
Manufacturer: Dueba

Ugh, that clump in my eyelashes bother me >> haha

Color&Design:
The color is absolutely lovely! The grey is natural but at the same time, is a lot more lighter than what i expected! I think these are quite similar to the Neo Cosmo Glamour Series, a design I really like as well. The pixel print and center burst help the lenses blend into my dark brown eyes so that it achieves it's natural appearance. The design can be clearly seen in the photo I have taken of the lens itself. You can see that the design includes a limbal ring and that, once again, the entire design is composed of tiny pixel prints.

Enlargement:
Diameter: 14.5
If you are looking for enlargement This is not it at all. These do enlarge your eyes, but the amount is really small.

Comfort:
These are comfortable, but the only thing I must say is that my eyes dry out more quickly with these on. However, I do tend to have drier eyes when wearing contact lenses, so it may differ for each person. Nothing eye drops cannot fix ^^

Overall:
I would like to try the rest of the colors in the Natural 3 Tones Series :) These are seriously the first pair I've owned that actually look like the model's pic! I thought that these would be natural in the sense of them being dark, but I was very pleased when I saw that these were actually light! These might be the best natural lenses that I have owned/seen, I really like them, even despite the fact that they do not enlarge much. So I am going to say that they deserve five stars!

Full Face:
I tried red lips for the first time... I wanted to join the trend! hahaha

I'm starting practicum today, so I can't promise consistent posts T^T But I have a few in draft mode that I'd like to publish soon :)

Heading off to the dental office now~
Have a good Monday everyone ^^
